Niles
Plant : Intermediate Fabricating Facility
WARFAB's
Niles facility is 60,000 square feet and is primarily used for fabricating
parts 60,000 lbs. and smaller. This plant has the following equipment:
- Several, 50 ton
cranes
- A 10ft. x 20ft.
stress relief furnace
- Five welding
positioners for up to 50 tons
- Four Stresstech
Thermal Induction Heating Systems for maintaining a constant high
temperature of chrome-moly steel during welding
- 9,000 sq. ft.
truck garage, housing our fleet of trucks
- 10 tractor/trailers
with hauling capabilities up to 80 tons. They are used for shipping
finished parts and enable WARFAB to meet all delivery dates - even
rush jobs.
